Reduced waste (pneumafil): without the Roving Stop Motion, after a break, the roving continues to be drafted, is removed by the suction tubes and ends up in the pneumafil.
Solution to the problem of lapping: by preventing direct damage to the drafting unit (cots and aprons, etc…) or indirect damage caused by the operator during lap removal.
Reduction of multiple yarn breaks on neighbouring spindles to the one on which the yarn broke.
Operator piecing-up intervention becomes less urgent.
Reduction of Pneumafil waste upto 80%
